1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- The product is from an eligible category (see below)
- An incorrect item was delivered or pricing error occurred
- The product has damaged, defective, or unsealed packaging
- Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or consumed food items
- Products from promotional or discounted sales
- Items without original packaging or labels
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team via phone or email to initiate a return/exchange request
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is from our side
- Upon approval, you will receive confirmation and further instructions
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- For exchanges, replacement delivery details will be shared upon approval
5. Quality & Warranty
- All products are checked for quality before dispatch
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at the time of delivery for a quick resolution
- We do not offer warranties on consumable organic items post-delivery and acceptance
6. Policy Updates
Al Khaleej Organic reserves the right to update this policy at any time. We also hold the right to refuse a return or exchange request if it does not meet the stated conditions.
